Yeah, fried chicken makes you feel weird. I got a rotisserie chicken for 7$ and it lasts days, it’s just a whole chicken cooked hot with skin. Never going back to fried shit

Honestly, junk didn’t faze me when I was a kid or even a teen. But probably after you get into black coffee/nicotine/ drinking some your body punishes you more for eating unclean. At least was my experience. Exercise helps, but you can feel your gut getting messed up regardless
