Nah i just usually eat way lower

I eat ultra clean like 1.5-1.8 cal 6 days of the week and every weekend I get like a mystery box from a local bakery so one week I eat like 3k calories on that 1 day or sometimes just 2k like u. Been leaning down pretty well with that routine
