Had sleep paralysis last night

Like at 5-6 am, havent had it in a fucking while, shit was absolutely terrifying. I woke up in the dark and was completely paralyzed, couldnt move my body, talk, yell or anything all I could do is move my eye balls and I swear to god I saw a black figure on my wall looking at me. Fuck that shit man.
