Hair & asymmetry

Asymmetry no question sometimes prevents hair to grow in certain places on the skull like the eyebrows. I am wondering if hair starts to grow in those certain places when asymmetry is fixed. For example, my right eyebrow is shorter than my left due to more asymmetry on the right side of my face.
