I have had dandruff/dead skin on my scalp probably ever since I started puberty. I have tried every routine imaginable, all the way from no shampoo entirely to washing every single day. Nothing works. I have used head and shoulders, and some products from my mom. Is there any shampoo recommendations? Or something else that could perhaps permanently rid of my issue?

Yes. This or salicylic acid shampoo. Standard (non-pharmacologic) anti-dandruff shampoos like head & shoulders are just cope

Just don't use it every day
