I’m thinking of dyeing my hair from medium brown to black but I’ve been told it usually doesn’t look good or naturally after dyeing has one dyed their hair black and did it look normal?

I dyed it light brown I plan on going darker like medium to dark brown cause some dyes look blue if you do jet black
