Hair grown from minoxodil

Is hair grown from minoxodil vellus or terminal hair?

And can continuous usage transform the hair into terminal?
I'm pretty sure microneedling can legit revive miniturized hair follicles but it takes months and years depending how much the norwoodreaper has taken.
