dont recommend rosemary oil bro. the study comparing rosemary oil and minox 2% was terrible in design. minox 5% is far superior and rosemary oil is likely cope.

I recommend it mostly because it slightly helped when I buzzed my head (only helped when I was applying it onto my own skin, after I grew a few cm of hair then it stopped helping)

but minoxidil is a lot better yes
