got a buzz cut (5 guard) about 5 months ago and my hair has grown literally 3 inches maybe more . i’m tired of this whenever i buzz my hair takes forever to grow but when my hairs long it grows so quickly, it seems like i need a hair cut every month when its long because it grows so fast . what can i do to make it grow as fast as possible??

Protein, zinc, vitamin D, iron and enough sleep. if you want it very fast tho try microneedling and/or minoxidil

yeah u can get it from a prescription but I would get it off indiamart, if u dont wanna do that then get topical 5 percent otc they both increase growth by a lot
