now i actually dont use any but maybe sometimes no sulfate random shampoo, but i did ordered based shampoo as i thought its natural, but i dont know if u should be using it once it arrive

DEF, you must use conditioner all times, especially after shampooing your hair, I use it 4-5 times a week

It depends on your hair type, If you have curly hair, you should buy the one thats made for curly hair
ive got straight hair like 1b maybe 1c but id like to make them wavy
Use raw yolk with raw honey instead os shampoo (sounds like tiktok knowladge but it actually works and its much much healthier)

i shampoo like 1x a week, in my country its very hot in summer like 20-30 deggree C, but in other seasont its cold like 5-15 degrees C
well conditioner itself doesn't really change ur hair type, conditioner is just for hair quality and health. i have 1c hair and use tsubaki premium volume and repair, its a yellow bottle. in general japanese hair care is on another level. kerastase has great conditioners as well or if ure low on money pantene has pretty solid ones aswl. for 2a/2b you could try a texture spray/powder or a curl cream but that depends on how long ur hair is kinda.
