Hair hed and STABLE hairloss

Most sources say 50-150 hairs a day is a normal amount of shed. However, it is not clear if this number takes into account progressive hair loss, since hair loss is normal. Does anyone know how many hairs one sheds when hair loss is under control?

it's always grown in a v shape but my temples aren't actually recessed.
