Accutane destroys sebum production which makes hair less oily.
You probably had oily hair => your hair was heavy and greasy, which makes them look less thick.

When I was on Accutane I barely had to wash my hair since I would produce very little natural oils. Most people on Accutane can attest to this.

exactly, my hair went from getting oily every day to not getting oily at all
