my eyes itself are below average
-NCT
- Bad PFL
-Bad IPD
- dark brown colour

but long eyelashes give it a good shadow
Long thick eyebrows fraud good hooding and pfl
All make my eye area look decent simply from hair

if hair is such a big hailo on eyes imagine what it does for your head ffs

i've seen top tier eye area's that don't halo that hard because of bad coloring and lack of hair

eg a blonde guy had blonde eyebrows and eyelashes with gandy tier shape and blue eyes but it didn't halo him that hard tbh
