My friend has a prettyboy face. Chaddam-tier. It works for him. He still has hair but he is or was on minoxidil. When he wears a hat you don't see he has thin hair and I see many girls looking at him when we are outside together. So yes of course you need a good face, otherwise it will affect you if you are average. Though a htn could get away with it. I would say it would be bad if you're a ltn.
