I think it's a pretty reasonable comparison. Showing up to school with your hair cut short is like being a girl showing up to school with no makeup on. Obviously people are gonna look at you differently.

Makeup is the man's makeup bro , obviously hair matters a lot (like a shit ton), but women ALSO have haircuts, and their haircuts ALSO matter (albeit way less), makeup on its own is just way stronger in covering up flaws and making you look better than a good haircut ever will be.
