Hair is thinning what the fuck do I do

It's thinning on the hairline and basically every part of the scalp feels lighter/thinner.
I'm 17, do shampoo + conditioner from conatural products after oiling my hair once a week
I have pretty good hair genetics: no one in both sides of my family has been bald
Should I hop on fin/dut ??

Yes do not start blasting dut at 17. Wait till 18 then hop on 1mg fin daily , this is effective for 90% of patients. Add top or oral min for regrowth if necessary.

You are still young your thinning must be very minor and recoverable. 5 % min on its own will not work long term however, I did the same shit and lost so much ground. Min masks hair loss it doesn't fix the underlying issue which is scalp DHT , you need to reduce scalp DHT to stop hair miniaturisation.

Dut simply blocks all types of 5αR unlike fin which targets only type ii. They work by enzyme inhibition, not receptor desensitization, so the idea of "building tolerance" for them is meaningless.

The most common side effect of both is low libido, but its so insignificant that most ppl wouldn’t even notice it if they weren’t aware of it in the first place.

Most of your sexual puberty has already occurred by now. You dont have to worry about the androgenic effects and go for a weaker medication. RU-58841 antagonizes dht at the receptors but leaves dht levels unchanged, but dut directly block the production of dht and is a way better choice. Save your hair with the best option possible
