Hair loss from SSRI’s?

Has anyone here taken SSRI’s and noticed hair loss/thinning while on them?

Clinically. Been on and off SSRI’s since I was 13 (am 21 now). I feel like they’ve probably done me a lot more harm than good. Drastic personality change after taking them, no motivation (at all), chronically low libido and interest in sex, anhedonia, etc. They’re a fucking poison, and I think they significantly worsen the very thing they’re supposed to treat.

Never personally used, as for your question in OP, i think it can, but it would be reversible, unless your getting hair thinning due to dht etc, which tbh isn’t that uncommon at 21 especially if your white.

Yeah, I’m taking finasteride just incase it is DHT related tbh.

if it’s due to dht then it should thicken back
up provided the follicle hasn’t fully closed (if hair is just thin then it hasn’t fully closed)

if it doesn’t thicken you gotta maybe get off the meds. Although i would anyway, jewish poison from the sounds of it.
