Hair loss on Accutane?

I’ve been wanting to start low dosing isotretinoin bcs I have mild acne.

Friend of mine said it made her hair fall out like crazy even though she was on 10mg only.

Has anyone experienced that or could that be an issue only women have?
Like I’ve heard of hair thinning but not hair straight up falling out??

well it can happen but its temperory and easily reversible not to mention it only affects a small amount of people who take it
