Dht doesn’t matter, how sensitive your hair is to dht matters, do you could actually have low dht but really sensitive hair follicles and go bald still

more inflammation to follicles I think
 
Other androgens besides DHT can cause hairloss to a certain magnitude. Also decrease in DHT is vague you might have gone from very high levels to high or moderate levels, you will still lose hair here.

@randomvanish i Think T causes hairloss too, but just less then dht
 
so what, follicules become more sensitive ? why so ?
The longer the hair folicles are exposed to dht the greater its effect (depending on genetics)
