i have dirty blonde hair with light eye lashes and eye brows I’m confused in what I should do for a smoke rn I have pretty long hair now confused on if I should dye my hair also people tell me shorter hair would look better on me but it like makes me look imo worse just need some help

first dye your eyebrows black for better coloring and put leave in conditioner in your hair they seem dry.
