Can u explain it a bit i dont know abt it like which foods givehow much calories how much calorie i need to take etc?
well based on your height, weight, age, activity levels etc. you can calculate how many calories you need daily and if you eat below it you’ll lose weight. just make sure to eat 0.8-1g/lb body weight so you don’t lose muscle and end up looking deflated and skinny fat.

i ain’t gonna calculate ts but i’d assume your maintenance is ~2500-2700 cal daily but theres online tools to check. js download chronometer to track calories and macros and use a food scale to measure food

idk rn i wouldn’t focus on hair but growing it out would probably be best and just take care of your hair following a curly routine, my hair straight so i can’t help much there
