Suffered for diffuse thinning for the past 3 years. Started finasteride Feb 2024. Had synchronised shedding the last 2-3 months and was fucking demoralised.
However, I have been consistent with daily 1mg fin and minoxidil spray. Have seen hair density improve the last 2 weeks.
