hair shedding during early ketoconazole treatment?

Washing with ketoconazole shampoo 2 times a week for dandruff.

Scalp is mildly irritated around the hairline (where the dandruff was most severe) and flaking/shedding; would the hair regrow once the skin heals?

I honestly wouldn't bet on it, i have yet to see any man, that was able to propely regrow his hair after it shed. It's most likely going to regrow but weaker
