Your hair seems to be somewhat wavy so if you want it like in the image, it's easily achievable

Get a blow dryer with a diffuser attachment, you can see the video how to use it here


Get a Leave-in conditioner so the moisture can get locked in and sealed after showering (you apply it when hair is damp, that's the best for wavy hair)

Get sea-salt spray (Elite for wavy beachy waves as well)

You also wanna scrunch the back in, like cupping the hair strands with your hands in the back as it's damp ready to style and you'll get the same type of style, medium hold medium shine pomade is also pretty good as a finisher
