Hair thinnig from tretinoin+Beta carotene

I started taking beta carotene and a week later I started with tretinoil 0.05% and i noticed my hair started to thin a lot on the sides wtf. It's have been a week since I stopped with the two and I think is coming back to normal

But yeah, it sucks

I took 50,000 ui daily. I stopped the two because I read that tretinoil had that effect on some people. My skin was starting to look godly
