Hair thinning

Today I noticed that my hair looked a little thin especially in the crown

This felt like a stab in the cheast

None of my male family members experienced hair loss this early (18), however my low iron (A ferritin level of 20 ng/mL) may have contributred to it

Its pretty crazy how much realising your balding impacts your mental state
