my hair is finally long enough after the hair transplant i got in december 2024 and it looks so good.

litterally went from invisble sub5 and now i get iois for the first time in my life.

i just need to lose 40 lbs and get a rhino and i can look like marlon teixeira

I'm only NW2 but I'm heavily considering doing a hair transplant while I'll be travelling in East/South East Asia later this year.

How many weeks before you lost the scabby look?

Edit: Can you recommend the clinic as I will also be in Thailand and I am shopping for options?

4000 grafts FUE, Thailand
-Before and After picture taken in the same bathroom.
-In the before i had grown my hair out for 1 year.
-No haircuts since the transplant so ~1.25 years of growth in the after.
-I plan on growing hair out till its Marlon Teixeira length. I probably need 4-5 more months of growth.
-I literally just took the after pictures. I have nothing in my hair no styling last shower was 2 days ago, after a shower when my hair is more conditioned it looks way better and not so crazy. Ill upload better pictures after a shower in a dedicated thread.
-My plan moving foward is to just keep growing it.
-Once my hair is ideal length i will get a shape up haircut and i will fraud some of my lacking density with hair fibers

This might be one of the best if not the best hair transplant results that I've ever seen. You went from an unassuming middle aged accountant to a young guy with life for hair is life and you have no life if you have no hair.

The sooner the better. the transplanted hairs are DHT resistant. most doctors are willing to do a transplant on you if youre 18+ as long as you tell them in the meeting interview that youve been on fin/min for a year they will operate. You can just lie and say youre taking it if youre not. the initial meeting interview is literally 5 minutes long and they just ask you if youve taken fin/min and setup the transplant date and make you pay a 20% down payment.

The limiting factor for you if youre young is going to be money. I paid ~4.5k for those 4000 grafts. not including travel and hotel costs which will be another ~2-3k.

post or DM your hair and i can estimate your grafts. also dont trust your grey dad with surgeon recommendations. instead go on r/hairtransplants (where i found my surgeon) and spend a good week searching the most best ranked doctors with multiple recent good reviews

I wanna do no shave FUE for the front part and temples. But most reputable Thailand docs will make me pay 2.5€ per graft.
