I am 22, hair is thinning but not noticeable, my hairline is pretty good but I want to take preventative measures to save my hair.

Should I get a hair transplant at 22?

I heard somewhere that getting it earlier is the best option.

- Are the results permanent?
-How much thicker will my hair be?
- Do I have to take other hair preventing measures after hair transplant? like finasteride?
-Am i being a total idiot for wanting a transplant so early with zero signs of balding?
