true but if you cant afford a transplant i would get why you would use it

not even abt transplant, my point is that dut/fin do is: lowering/blocking total dht of your body, which is already not optimal.
5% of the males in the studies apresent the side of dht blockers, some sides such a penile shrink are permanent.
dht blockers also lowers allopregnalone, not discutible, its a fact. some males can resist well a neurosteroids lowering, some not, and will experience terrible sides.

If we are talking about fin, then you might as well just dont take it at all, considering even normal 1mg fin often stops working or not enough for many men. And if you are talking about dutasteride, you will get sides (if you are destined to) on the lower doses as well because supression of serum DHT is still big. Yes, it will fall of pretty quick if you are already balding. If you are NW4-5, then yes, hair transplant is a must because only few lucky ones can except so much regrowth only on 5AR blockers

No, you dont have more optimal choices, finasteride and dutasteride are the most effective and tested treatment with actual studies of the long range, you are not gambling that you might get some cancer after 20 years or some other shit like with all the other shady treatments you offered, you are legit offering to apply to your scalp or consume god knows what because you are afraid of 5% of sides that go away after a couple of months of usage. Half of the treatments you showed are not even out, the only working one is RU, but again, no studies so you are gambling with your future health.


And it seems like you dont understand the mechanism of regrowth, the "shedding" does not depend on the pill or topical you use, its a natural mechanism of your body, if you want to regrow hair without stimulants, only by DHT blockers, then you will have to wait and go through shedding because hair is healing by itself, you suppresed DHT by Dut/Fin/RU/Clascoterone/others and it grows with time, now that nothing rapes follicules. But using RU wont make it faster, it is the same mechanism, just to suppress DHT. Now if you are using stimulators like Minoxidil or PP405(which isnt out and is shit), they will grow quicker, but its not what you said, you think that if you use topical anti androgens instead of pills(fin,dut), then it will somehow avoid natural phases of hair growth and hair cycles, like what?
