dut/fin has never optimal for start of the conversation, but some niggers are not ready for this.WATER but people have the money but they still take those drugs![]()
true but if you cant afford a transplant i would get why you would use itdut/fin has never optimal for start of the conversation, but some niggers are not ready for this.
dog you still need to take those drugs even after hair transplant, what in the ragebait is this threadWATER but people have the money but they still take those drugs![]()
pretty sure it won't fall off as quickdog you still need to take those drugs even after hair transplant, what in the ragebait is this thread
not even abt transplant, my point is that dut/fin do is: lowering/blocking total dht of your body, which is already not optimal.true but if you cant afford a transplant i would get why you would use it
"take lower amounts" what do you mean? You clearly dont understand the things you say. If we are talking about fin, then you might as well just dont take it at all, considering even normal 1mg fin often stops working or not enough for many men. And if you are talking about dutasteride, you will get sides (if you are destined to) on the lower doses as well because supression of serum DHT is still big. Yes, it will fall of pretty quick if you are already balding. If you are NW4-5, then yes, hair transplant is a must because only few lucky ones can except so much regrowth only on 5AR blockerspretty sure it won't fall off as quick
and what i mean by this thread is that people will try to bring bacu a norwood 2-3 and take a lot of dut/fin when they could just get a transplant and take lower amounts
send me a study where its observed a permanent penile shrinkage among men after lowering DHTnot even abt transplant, my point is that dut/fin do is: lowering/blocking total dht of your body, which is already not optimal.
5% of the males in the studies apresent the side of dht blockers, some sides such a penile shrink are permanent.
dht blockers also lowers allopregnalone, not discutible, its a fact. some males can resist well a neurosteroids lowering, some not, and will experience terrible sides.
inb4 muh "just i never had these sides"
topical androgens such as RU58841,KX-826, Clascoterone,GT20029.. the list go on
are much more effective for hair protection and more quickly results(means no shed phase and not waiting 10+ months for results jfl)
and all without lowering serum DHT and neurosteroids
even if you're lazy to source topicals antiandrogens, topical finasteride/dut, topic espirolactone, topical flutamide and such...
not a study realized with humans, yet so many reportssend me a study where its observed a permanent penile shrinkage among men after lowering DHT

but lets take a look what happened in rats:

Effects of oral finasteride on erectile function in a rat model - PubMed
In a rat model, finasteride treatment for 4 weeks reduces the weight of the corpus cavernosum but appears not to affect the erectile responses to electrical stimulation of the cavernous nerve. As erection is a complex process involving important signaling in the brain, further studies are...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
lets not forget that androgen deprivation is bad in penile tissue aswell:

Low androgen induced penile maldevelopment involves altered gene expression of biomarkers of smooth muscle differentiation and a key enzyme regulating cavernous smooth muscle cell tone - PubMed
As evidenced by gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist induced suppression of the neonatal testosterone surge and reduced steroidogenesis, low androgens in the neonatal period altered gene expression of biomarkers of smooth muscle cell differentiation. This led to loss of cavernous smooth...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
plus, long term usage of dht blockers result on androgen deficiency regardless t levels on body

wtver, regardless any argument for me fin/dut is subpar compared to topicals
