in short the dr doesn't actually perform the surgery they hire teams of technichians to do the planting of the grafting so you'll never know who will perform ur surgery.

Yeah but there are literal Syrian refugees and taxi drivers in Turkey pretending to be doctors to make a quick buck. You need to go to a real and reputable doctor. These videos helped. You should watch some of the videos on these channels I could recommend more if you want.
