I'm trying to find the next best alternative to bimax. It's just a massive, very expensive surgery that involves wearing braces for years and shit. Obviously it would be ideal, but i'd be happy with just an improvement which i'm hoping could be got from either lipo+small implant, or maybe some sort of genio. (I think I mainly need height and width + some angles in my lower 3rd)

But at the moment i'm using a topical that supposedly has fin and minox, although not felt any sides. Not sure if that means i'm being scammed or not lol

since topical fin will still go systemic jsut at lower dose so...
