This. If you have really thin hair, HT will look bad. If you are NW3 and have decent hair thickness, it can save your life, but if you are diffuse thinner, it's over.

I have a friend who was NW3, he got transplant without fin and he is NW1 now. He got like 2k grafts transplanted for 6k euros in eastern europe. His hairloss stopped for about 10 years now, but in future it will be fun to see his hairline while he is bald behind it.

even after the surgery your hair will never be the same density again, you will have the experience of going bald until you have the surgery, the surgery is expensive. if you don’t use finasteride, nor can it be called looksmaxer

Hair transplant is a pure lifefuel if you're 25+ years old. Of course it won't give you back your teenage NW0, but it allows for a much more acceptable hairline. Most normies wont notice that you had HT, especially if it is performed by a top doc (don't go to a cheap Turkish clinic).

I fucking need HT so please stop saying most results look like shit.
