Hair treatment

I need a good hair treatment,my current hair condition is damaged and frizzy i need a treatment that conditions and softens the hair i alr have alot of texture i need amth that does the things i need and wont take away my texture,smth not too expensive dnt jfl js give me a good suggestion,some ppl told me to use keratine but i feel like thier coping bc themselves are bald so any tips??

do like a hair mask and just use like shampoo every other day or every 2 days and other days use conditoner and water, leave in conditorner works too
