I hav curls like a mix of them in 3a to 2b,c I wanna grow my hair out on some parts it’s 8 inches long starched but I went on no shampoo because I heard it was good and been on it for like 3 months but my hair is super frizzy with too much volume I need help to I start shampoo agian with product or is there anything I can do
