how do i grow my hair in a healthy way last time i had to cut it way too short because of using heat and diffuser,

i use conditioner 2x a week and i use leave in conditioner maybe 2x a day should i use the leave in less ik it’ll fuck up my hair soon

After you wash ur hair w shampoo and conditioner u add leave in conditioner, hair masks and oils u can try mark as solution
