My hair is wavy and wen wet and stretche dout its to like my lip but when dry it is at my eyebrows cus it curls up like fluffy hair and i hate it how do i make it curl ANY other way

if it’s frizzy it might help to add a hair oil lile argan oil when your hairs wet and dry gently. you might have to experiment a bit to find what works.
