ive always had this "problem" , my hair in the shower fall out more than it should be,but it also grows extremelt fast. Not recceding or thinning,im 21 and my dad at 50 has full set of hair

My hair is a bit damaged tho because i did a perm + i was blonde for a while

hair shed is normal unless it’s clumps of hair at once

if it’s jsut a few individual strands, ur fine

Some months of the year are connected to seasonal sheds which are completely normal.
Other things also factor in; for example, if you have particularly long hair you may seem to lose more, since they're longer and thus more noticeable.
If you wash your hair only once or twice a week, you may notice a lot of shed but that's because you're concentrating most of your natural hair shedding in one occasion (the shower) instead of distributing it over multiple occasions if you were to wash your hair multiple times a week.

probably because you eat 500 calories a day and do water fasts. If you lose weight too fast you’ll get telegenic effluvium 2/3 months after losing it
