Haircut advice💔

Hey could someone give me some hair advice? I want to grow out my hair to have longer hair in the future but idk what to ask for, some say i should grow out the sides some say i should make the back short i really want some solid advice to have a decent haircut in the future. Before i get ropemaxx comments i'm prepared and im ready but like i'm bulking rn theres no way to get a good frame and get lean while ur all bones its just unlucky but back to the main point can somebody help me out? Im attaching the photos of my hair rn, i tried blurring out the background because of personal stuff its not acctually my room...
