Haircut ascension 16 yo

Hello guys, i have very long hair with bangs that get In my eyes. I have oblong/oval faceshape should i grow my hair more or just cut it, my hair is 20% gray and i am very pale (anemia)

If you suffer anemia I would recommend a better diet, liver and such. Good luck
