18M 6’1.5 (187cm) 161lbs 73kg.

Got a pretty shitty physic now, and overall strength in the gym is in the toilet but atleast i dont look like i used to

Heres my current side front and a vid that shows what my hair looks like rn. Been growing it out for about 2.5 months now *started from a buzz*. Any haircut, looks, general advice would be much appreciated

The first pic is me coming back to EU from USA, 15 years old and 6’0 i was about 200 pounds in that pic, then i lost about 55 pounds in 5 months since i couldn’t cook for shit and was broke, and my parents stayed in the US. After all of that got back into the gym for a couple of months, got hella demotivated since my bench dropped from 200 to me barely getting 160. Quit drinking and doing retarded shit, started leaning out instead of losing weight quick, started researching skin care and all that bs, and started soft maxing as much as possible. My dad is roughly the same height as me, might be like an inch shorter, and my mom is 5’4.

Mostly focused on skin, lashes, eye brows, hair. Tried some serums and a million other products, had crazy back and facial acne so i started taking a bunch of sups “zinc, copper, magnesium, fish oils and a bunch of other stuff” kinda fixed my hormones, and started looking into growing lashes and eye browes - tried going to barbers to get my brows shaped and trimmed properly but everytime it ended up looking gay as fuck or just bad, started derma stamping with topical ghk-cu and learned how to DIY shape them. But the highest ROI for me was leaning out, dropping all junk food and sugars since they are what caused me to become fat as fuck with crazy hormonal acne in the US
