how should i trim my hair to fit my face better?

it’s getting a bit long, do i keep growing it out or not.

dye and bleach absolutely fucked my hair lmao so no more cool colors but i’ll keep growing

same tbh, im only dyeing the dead hair that got bleached 3 times for it to match with the roots that are growing back in
the black dye fades away with time though so my hair turns grey after a while, really sad i can't recolor it though
