haircut name/advice?

This is one of my favorite fashion show from ann.
I'm going to the barber tomorrow and i decided to get a jellyfish haircut mixed with this.
Is there any name to this cut, or something similar i can give to my barber?
Also I'm dyeing it back to dark brown to get a job but i would be down to get highlights at the end of the hair, what color preferably?
