My hair is getting too long and its hard to style so i need haircut suggestions

dont cut it or just trim it it looks good rn

trim and mold it into kind of a mod cut. grow the back out more and dont worry about lining it in the back, let it form a modern mini mullet in the back, sides over the ears, textured throughout. Basically you need to trim the sides so instead of slicking backwards behind your ears like it is rn, they just rest over your ears in a mod cut type of way.

edit: example but maybe a little less coverage of the ear area so you dont look like a fag
