i have a diamond face shape so my forehead is narrow and looks taller than it actually is. wouldn't an undercut just add height there and make the sides even narrower?

oh i thought an undercut always meant completely taking down the sides and back. so it's just a simple shorter on the sides

Undercut would make your forehead look bigger, maybe if you let it go to the side it could help you while being stylish.
But the dude above is right, taking some of the back would be ideal. letting shorter sides too.
Also the "Shawn Mendez" hair could benefit your face shape. (idk how that one is called, you can just google shawn mendez and see if you like it)
