in russia its your local polyclinic. just go and ask for an appointment and tell them you want to evaluate your growth, growth plates, and hormone levels. ask them you want to be reffered to a endocrinologist. this way its cheaper/free but could take some time.

dont risk it. once your growth plates close, theres nothing else u can do. and they usually close around 15-16

I just feel like my local polyclinic don’t have that much money for hgh, so they just would gave me a receipt and it would be saying smth abt “sleep more and eat better”. And because of that i would need to search a not free and not cheap polyclinic
