Hairline gains

My hair started receding when the lockdown started i guess it was because of lack of proper diet and no sun staying in the basement all the time
I added - iron
Biotin
Zinc
Multi Vitamins
vitamin c for iron absorption
I also was on and off doing micro needling
Got my hairline back
Also at the moment I am taking fin for my diffused thinning( that's another story) and i am seeing good results.

But the hairline issue was cause of bad diet. it was after fixing my hairline i noticed diffused thinning so I am fin maxxing at the moment.

Cause of Lack of proper nutrients we can face hairfall.
