What’s the difference and why would you do one or the other?

So hairline lowering does nothing for the temples? I saw before and after pics on google that showed the temples being narrower tooI’m getting a hair transplant since it’ll allow me to get a horizontally narrower forehead as well. While hairline lowering can only vertically shorten my forehead.
Is it basically:too lazy to explain tbh
Could you show it? Most results I’ve seen only vertically shorten the hairline, leaving the temples as is.So hairline lowering does nothing for the temples? I saw before and after pics on google that showed the temples being narrower too
That’s the one I saw, aren't the guys temples better?Could you show it? Most results I’ve seen only vertically shorten the hairline, leaving the temples as is.

No, in the first one his hair’s just slicked back revealing his temple while in the second picture his hair isn’t as slicked back so it’s covering his temple. That’s the one I saw, aren't the guys temples better?
Basically, yes. I have high thick hairline, I need lowering + a bit of HT to get narrow temples but idk if it'd look unnatural on me tbhIs it basically:
- Tall forehead + thick hair = Lowering
- Tall forehead + thinning hair = Transplant
Does hairline lowering do anything for temples/hairline width?
