Hairline lowering

Anyone know the best places to go?
I'm thinking of either somewhere in thailand, or turkey. If anyone knows of any good, cheap places let me know.
Gonna try get it done as soon as corona finishes.

4 fingers (and a tiny bit) at the lowest, but it kinda runs back at the sides to get to 5 fingers, want it to get down to 3.
I'm not balding, I've just always had a big forehead, I fraud with beanies and hoods e.g.
