would be an overkill in my opinion you could alos tell your hair surgeon to lower your hairline with actual hair from your donor area if you have enough

You have thinning hair here, your forehead is perfectly fine. If you didn’t have thinning hair your forehead would appear shorter because of hair covering it from the front.
