Oral is more effective just run epleronone with it for the bloat.

The hairline never looks natural and I'm not talking about the straight line they do. The transplant has limits that's why the hair looks so sparse and disgusting.

If I get no gains with meds, I think a decent transplant is better than being nw2. I'll just go to a good surgeon who isn't too expensive
